Please note: While we ensure the highest standards for product quality and fulfillment, Dreamoa does not directly manufacture the products sold. As a consulting intermediary, we collaborate with partner suppliers to produce the items upon order, based on the client’s specifications. This structure supports our custom and made-to-order model.
1. Custom-Made Items – No Returns or Refunds
All custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Generic Products – Return Eligibility
We accept returns for generic (non-customized) products only under the following conditions:

Items returned in a used or damaged state will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs

5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received the wrong item, a replacement will be sent upon return approval.
