This Shipping Policy explains how Dreamoa (a property of Deltore LLC) manages production and delivery of orders placed on https://dreamoa.com/.

Please note: Dreamoa operates as a consulting intermediary. We do not manufacture products directly but coordinate with carefully selected suppliers to produce and fulfill customer orders.


1. Global Shipping Coverage

We ship worldwide, including Europe, the United States, and the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.). Delivery is included in the price of each product unless otherwise stated.

Note for Switzerland: Due to specific international logistics and customs regulations, a flat delivery fee of €50 applies to all Swiss orders.


2. Production Time

All of our products are made to order. Please allow a standard production period of 2 to 3 weeks prior to shipping. Production time may vary depending on the item, materials used, and order volume.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

The following timeframes include both production and shipping:

Sofas (leather, velvet, alcantara):

  • Europe: 4–5 weeks

  • Middle East: 3–4 weeks

  • USA: 3–4 weeks

Other items (decor, accessories, etc.):

  • Europe: 3–4 weeks (2–3 weeks production + 1–2 weeks shipping)

  • Middle East: 3–4 weeks

  • USA: 3–4 weeks

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to factors such as production delays, material availability, international logistics, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, or force majeure events.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping is included in all product prices for most destinations.

  • Switzerland: €50 flat shipping fee added at checkout.

We do not charge additional shipping fees unless explicitly stated.


5. Customs and Import Duties

Buyers outside the USA are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT required by their country. We are not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs authorities.


6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

If your package is returned due to refusal or inability to deliver, you may be responsible for redelivery fees.
